I would like to use the voice chat in Rainbow six Siege on Xbox one s but don't know how to do it I googled and searched in the settings but found nothing please help me
So if I understood your question, if you are in the party (xbox) you can switch to gamechat

The in-game chat on Xbox is unfortunately not quite as constant and reliable as on the PC. Most will not communicate at all or will not hear anything because they are already in their own parties. Within your party you have to press Select or X once - this will show all party participants with a gray background and you will speak / hear in the in-game chat.
The advantage: the in-game chat is faster. The Xbox Party has a slight delay, so sometimes callouts are not delivered in time and you only hear it about a second later than it was originally said.

If you are not in a party you can talk all the time. There's no "push-to-talk" function on Xbox like on the PC.
