Clip software?

I happened to see a video today where a streamer only clipped the last 2 minutes with a hotkey (see picture)

What software does it do?

That would be a lot easier than to always let the recording run and then cut the clips out of an x-hour video.

(Note: this is about PC, not PS4 / XBox)

OBS works if you set it up correctly.

In his case, he did it via shadowplay. This is integrated in the driver for Nvidia graphics cards.

This is possible with the nVidia GeForce Experience software!

He did that with Nvidia ShadowPlay. Game Summary from Overwolf would also be a good tool. It automatically records every highlight in the game.
