Twitch question?

If you create a clip at Twitch, you can set that if you are a streamer and a viewer creates a clip that is automatically posted in the chat. That I can see it directly if a clip was made in a second or are there other options?

No, the one who created the clip has to post it in the chat, e.g. By copying the link

Can you do that with a bot that posts it in the chat or something?
