Exchange control pad with left analog stick?

I have the following fun game Obstacles: my hands do not like the Xbox one controller. My bigger obstacle is that the two analog sticks are not parallel to each other. The structure of the controller of the Playstation series is great. Do you have any solution for me? Is there an Xbox one controller where you can swap the left stick with the directional pad?

Actually, everyone thinks that the exact arrangement is much better for the controller.

That's why there are many PS4 controllers where the pad is swapped with the analog stick.
