Yes that works but it does not feel like it's on the PC, it has a small but noticeable delay as consoles are designed for controllers.
The expensive XIM Apex adapter could help to ignore this delay.
This is not possible without the adapter. Would be something completely new. Without the adapter there's nothing.

Black ops 4 has disabled this feature so unfortunately that does not work. You can then use the keyboard only to navigate but not to gamble…
