It takes two to play in local coop?

I would love to play the game "It takes two" from the developer https://www.google.com/...ARegQIPhAC with my girlfriend. But I couldn't find anything about the local Coop and the conditions online on google.

We only have one computer and unfortunately no Playstation 4.5 or Xbox either.

Is it possible for us to play the game in the local coop?

No, you might need it. The third-party program InputMapper so that your PS3 controller is recognized and translated as an XBox controller. But it works.

InputMapper should manage this without any problems (this is the successor to DS4Windows). Has been renamed because it is no longer just for Playstation 4 controllers, but now with community button profiles for almost all controllers. I've had great experiences with it and I always use it when my controllers don't run natively with a game.
