Anthem Microsoft Store version on PC?

Someone gave me an anthem code and I redeemed it in the Microsoft Store. Only there's a problem now, the Microsoft Store version is only for the Xbox One and I have none. Can I somehow connect my Microsoft / Xbox account to Origin and still play it?
