If you are really looking for something to play with and would pay 100-200 euro more, you will get a middle-class gaming PC with which you can play almost all PS4 games (which are not PS4 exclusive).

Sony has the better exclusive titles, PS Now as a game streaming platform is getting better and better. The performance of the PS4 also tells me more great and if you are in the mood for VR without having to buy a brutally expensive computer with a Vive or Occulus glasses, the PS4 is also well served.
