XBOX Game Pass Ultimate for 1 euro, is that it?

Hi, I see in the MS Store that the XBOX Game Pass has been reduced to 1 Euro, if I buy now I can always pay 1 Euro or I will have to pay 12.99 Euro in the next month

The Ultimate Edition will cost 12.99 euro after the first month. As long as you play on PC you don't need the Ultimate Edition, the normal edition for 3.99 euro should be enough.

Can I use it to play Sea Of Thieves?

With the Standard Edition you can play all Game Pass games, including Sea of Thieves. The Ultimate Edition only works if you play on Xbox.
