I'm about to buy an Xbox but as a long-time PC gamer I'm not familiar with this whole universe.
And while the question I have is what is the best for me to buy (Xbox Live, Xbox Live Gold, Ultimate Pass, Ultimate Pass Ultimate)
I really only want to be able to play a few games online with about 3 friends and go to lobbies (ONLY ON XBOX, NOT PC).
Do I have the same games with Ultimate Pass as with the Ultimate version and does "Internet" also come with it or do I have to buy it with Ultimate?
The Game Pass Ultimate includes the Gold Membership for playing online.
In the ultimate or normal?
Ultimate, I forgot to type that.
Usually only the games are included.
As already described, Xbox Live Gold is included in GamePass Ultimate.
That means you have the game subscription including the online subscription.
In addition, GamePass Ultimate is also available on your PC, where there are also small differences in the selection of games.
So… The Xbox GamePass Ultimate is really a very worthwhile story. I can really recommend it to everyone.
If you want to play online you always need Xbox Live Gold. This is available as a subscription for 6.99 a month or as a prepaid card in stores, sometimes cheaper. On top of that, you get 4 free games every month.
The Gamepass, on the other hand, is a game subscription. There you can play all available games for 9.99 a month. Currently there are over 300 titles that change regularly. Microsoft's own games are an exception. These are not only part of the game pass from the release but also remain in it permanently.
The Gamepass Ultimate, on the other hand, costs more at 12.99, but includes all games from EAplay and gold membership in addition to the Gamepass. An unbeatable offer.
