A clarification right at the beginning, because it really upsets me how well Samsung's strategy works: QLED is a marketing name from Samsung for its Quandum-Dot TV lineup. This is also available from Sony under the name "Triluminos", but they do not advertise with it so aggressively. OLED works completely differently than televisions with LCD technology (this also includes QLED in a broader sense).
Now to your question: The new consoles will only come at the end of 2020, so I would wait until mid-2020 to make the decision (unless it is urgent), because the new models presented at the beginning of the year will be significantly cheaper.
