Take over Xbox account?

I wanted to ask if I could transfer my Xbox One account to the upcoming Xbox Series X to keep my scores and season passes.

Was that already possible with the Xbox 360?

Because you can transfer an account if you have the email address, that's no problem. Because you have to transfer the score.

Account is account… Nothing changes. However, it can't be said beforehand whether the data stored there (scores / purchases) can be applied to the new generation. It also depends on the developers of the games whether DIE support it.
