Modern Warfare Preload?

I have pre-ordered Modern Warfare on the Xbox One and I'm just about to download it, it all went smoothly until I arrived at the 2nd Pack of the campaign this can't download at least it shows me no progress and no download speed. My first question is whether you need to play the multiplayer mode or generally the game of this pack. The 2nd question if I uninstall this pack again and try to reload I automatically uninstall the whole game?
