How can I redeem this XBox Card?

I wanted to buy an XBOX credit card and then only got this receipt. How can I redeem it now?

The code is on the card itself and not on the receipt🤔

You probably took out an Xbox top-up card in the store and the cashier scanned it in accordingly? If so, you will need the card as the code is on the card. This is only activated by the cash register.

It is best to go back to the relevant cashier with a receipt and ask about it.
