I have a question: I bought or pre-ordered a game for 70 euro in the Xbox store yesterday, the game itself will only be released on Friday. The money has already been taken, so the question is: can I return the game? So that I get the money back? Because I didn't buy the game myself.
I'm grateful for every answer
At most, you can talk to Microsoft Support. If you're friendly, they might do it. But you have to call.
The following terms will be interesting for those who want to return games on their Xbox One:
Games and apps can only be returned within two weeks of purchase and only if less than two hours of usage time has occurred across all accounts.
Simply contact customer service and they will tell you the next steps.
And where do I have to call exactly? Or an email fits
How do you have to contact customer service? Call or fit an email
Call customer service, they'll take care of it.
Just by the way, you wrote here:

and then you write:
Because I didn't buy the game myself.
Have you bought the game or who else?
If you want to return games on Xbox One, all you have to do is go to account.micrososft.com, then go to Payment & Billing, then Purchase History and there will be the option under certain conditions to request a return for a game or app.
It is best to contact

I'm currently in the order process and there's "Cancel" next to the game. Will I get the money back?
Better by phone, it will take a long time with mail. Try the number, but I think I can only be reached at 9 a.m. Try the number 0800 181 2968.
I don't know call if they say yes
