Can you also register and play Fortnite accounts from PS4, PC or XBOX one on your mobile phone, is that possible?

Normally this should have worked here but not really found an answer to the question (https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/de/faq) whether you can "transfer" the account but as long as you log in with the same account on different devices it should work theoretically try it ^^
