Xbox One S repair replacement device?

My Xbox One S has a technical defect. It is still under warranty and I can send it to Microsoft. My problem is that it can take up to 3 weeks, currently I use the Xbox for gaming as well as for watching TV, listening to music and watching Blu-ray or DVD. I would not like to go without a console for 3 weeks. I read on Chip.de that you can order a replacement console from Microsoft for the time of the repair. Unfortunately, I don't know how to do it.

If not possible, does anyone know of good alternative sites where you can best borrow Xbox one consoles or rent them cheaply?

It is possible that Microsoft will send you a replacement device first before you send your broken one back. I don't know how exactly the process is.
