Can you play games bought from the Xbox Store on PC?

Ark is currently discounted in the Xbox Store and I want to buy it. I don't have an Xbox, but a PC. Since Xbox is Microsoft too, it should work, shouldn't it?

As far as I know, yes.

If that's in the XBox play Anywhere program, then it should work.

Only Play Anywhere games can quasi be broadcast.

Titles from other manufacturers such as Ubisoft, EA and co. Can't be transferred, unfortunately these have to be purchased again from the respective launcher.

As with any Microsoft game, it is a Play Anywhere game. However, there are exceptions such as Minecraft.
