Xbox voice chat?

It's always the case with my Xbox that I can't talk to the people I did not adorn as friends. Also they can't hear me. Does anybody know how to turn this off?

You have to look into the xbox settings and there after parental control.

This you then have to put on limited (is synonymous below the bottom then you can talk only with geaddetetn friends) and off you go

Should there be separated but you can't fix it then it is namely a general xbox error that it schoun for a very long time
