Wanted to stream my Xbox One X to my smartphone from another network. He finds the Xbox but can't connect it. Do I have to set something or is that possible at all. Everything works wonderfully in our own network.

You need to activate 2FA. I would recommend you to download Twitch or Mixer and activate 2FA. You can get instructions for this from Google.
