I stopped playing Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox One around early 2020. I sold my Xbox One back then and of course reset it to the factory settings beforehand. However, I still have my old Xbox account and the Xbox app still shows me as the owner of the Ultimate Edition add-on. Unfortunately, I bought the right game on CD back then. Lately I've been in the mood for the game again and wonder if my old gamesave is still there somewhere and if I buy the game again on the PC I could start where I left off on the Xbox? Was my gamesave saved in any cloud?
Yes, the saved status is saved in the cloud. I also installed FH 4 on my PC and took over the progress from Xbox One X. The same applied to Forza Motorsport 7.
