Hi! I'm a little annoyed right now. I got the Gamepass Ultimate 15 minutes ago so that I also have EA Play. Before that, I had the game pass for the PC. On the website it says that you need the Gamepass Ultimate to get EA Play. Others write that you don't need the Ultimate and that the PC Gamepass also has EA Play! I hate microsoft! YES, you need Gamepass Ultimate to get EA Play. On the XBox, the EA games are then listed directly in the gamepass.
On the PC, however, EA wants you to install your launcher and link it to your MS / XBox account. The problem is that EA is apparently currently rebuilding EA Play and releasing a new launcher. Because there's still no new EA Play Launcher, just the old Origin Launcher and it still makes twitches when linking.
I tried it 2 weeks ago and it didn't work out yet. I will try again in the next few days and hope that EA will finally get it done by then.

According to current marketing, EA Play is not yet available for the Pc!
You won't be able to play EA PLAY titles on your PC until tomorrow, December 15th.
For EA PLAY you need an XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE subscription. The EA PLAY titles are not available with the standard Game Pass (console / PC).

That is not entirely true. The EA Desktop App is already here, but like the Microsoft Xbox App, it is in an open beta.
