I want to buy a new TV. I chose two models.
1) Samsung 8K 950T (2020) 65 inches
2) LG 4K OLED CX9 LA (2020) 65 inches
HDMI 2.1, 120 Hz and a short response time are important to me because I want to use the TV for the new PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X.
Personally, I tend to Samsung, because of the One Connect Box (entire connection only via 1 cable) and the 8K resolution. As far as I can read from reports, the TV also supports HDMI 2.1. I also worry about burn in OLED TVs.
Have you had any experiences and can you recommend one? I know OLED and QLED use different technologies etc.
What do you want with 8k and ner ps5 dafuq
it can't native 4k resolution and 120 fps so it brings you little
and 6k for n TV… Respect
8k is actually unnecessary because no game / film supports it. Still, I would always tend to Samsung.
In terms of performance, it is of course one of the best at the moment. A person can't perceive the 8K resolution, but you can already see the difference. Of course, this is a really cool feeling for gaming. In addition, the TV is very large, which gives you a complete overview when gaming.
I'm still waiting for the price to go down.
It will support 4k in games and 120fps, but certainly not both
Upscaling is suboptimal for gaming. Would actually still recommend a FullHd monitor.
For PS5 then later to 4k monitors.
I said yes
A person can't perceive but you can see the difference very much
So he can perceive him…
Both are completely unsuitable for gaming (gaming well, not casually paddling in front of you).
