Just researched and learned that the Canadian version is region free. It should therefore also on the One no problems. However, I can guarantee nothing for nothing.
The first Xbox is region free in itself region locked if the games themselves. Eg CSI as NTSC version is region free others not. This can be solved with a softmod.

It works. Just disc in the one and it runs. By the way, it works on the first xbox games as well.
