Gta 5 map incomplete on the large view? (Single player, xbox one x)?

I bought gta 5 yesterday and when I drove these two convertibles at the beginning I noticed that the map is incomplete when I zoom in, so I see z. B the ammunition store but there are no streets to be seen. Do you have to explore these places first or is this a bug or installation error

Please note only on the large view of the map, everything can be seen in real game.

Must explore the map first, so leave.
