Xbox One's fake or real how to find out?

I have bought a used but still fairly well-preserved XBOX ONE S from Ebay. Now I want to know how to quickly find out if this is real or fake. And how much GB has that. I just want to be sure ^^

That was meant seriously. Since you bought a used device, you can forget the manufacturer's warranty anyway. And if it was a private person on ebay then you do not even have a warranty.
