I once had the same problem. Disabling vol helped me all VPN drivers, but it could only have been the case with me. Try it out!

In the device manager. (Windows + R: devmgmt.msc). Individuals can be deactivated under the category network drivers. However, you must be aware that if you accidentally uninstall important drivers or useful drivers, some things may no longer work. Be careful!
