Make gaming videos on computer?

I would very much like to upload gaming videos to YouTube. I have already done so but I always used my iPad. From Apple there's the screen recording function and iMovie with the program iMovie I know a lot, but I don't have a Mac computer but just Windows… I have already found a way to take screen recordings that is very easy with Xbox Game bar, But I have no plan how I can now cut my videos from my computer with a clever program, insert text and do other things, or how I can at least transfer my videos from my computer to my cell phone or Ipad so that I can cut them to IMovie. (I have already tried it with Mail and Whatsapp Desktop, you can't send such large attachments.) I would be very happy if you gave me a program (which is as free as possible) to cut great projects Thank you in advance

OBS is the best version for recording on a PC.

I used hit film myself long before I switched to Sony Vegas. For the fact that it's free you can do a lot with it, highly recommended.

With OBS you can record, or with NVidia graphics card with the NVidia recording program, with Windows Moviemaker you can cut videos first. If you continue, you can use DaVinci Resolve. Shotcut is also a good program. The problem with Moviemaker is that it is no longer being developed!
