No, because it runs on the PC via EA Origin.
First of all no any game which is not directly from Microsoft you can only play on the platform where you bought it. If you have the credit but now I would ask the Microsoft support if you can do something.
Can I somehow register for an xbox with my pc apex account and then just redeem the voucher?
