I would love to catch up with the Mgs range. I took a look at the HD collection in the Xbox Gamepass, but only parts 2, 3 and Peace Walker are included, as far as I have noticed. Is there no port or some remaster from the first part or is the first one irrelevant to the story anyway? I can't explain why this was omitted, even with Google, I couldn't find an exact answer to my question, so I would be happy if one of you could help me.

There's no remaster for MGS 1. If you mean Metal Gear: SOLID SNAKE, this is not for the playstation series.
Metal Gear Solid: Tactical Espionage Action originally only exists on PS1.
You can emulate it on PC, but that would be illegal. : x

MGS 1 is already relevant to get to know Solid Snake and all other characters. The spin-offs are the "irrelevant" ones.
