In the long run, Kosatka is the best money method. It costs 2.2 million. With it you can play the Cayo Perico Heist and each time you earn between 1.3 million and 1.9 million solo with it. Then you should still have a good means of transport to complete the preparatory missions in 40 minutes. I would recommend the Sparrow for 1.8 million. If you have both, you will consistently earn 1.3 to 1.9 million per hour.
