Can't connect to xbox live on Minecraft PE?

I've been trying to connect to xbox live for several days to be able to play on Severn.

I have already downloaded the xbox app and created a Microsoft account, but it does not connect to Minecraft pe.

When I click on login, it always loads briefly, and then breaks off and then what is in the picture below.

Can someone help me?
