I have a problem that I just can't figure out.
Unfortunately, I can't add a parent or family member in general to my Xbox one S!
The same message always pops up: that a problem has occurred and that I should try again.
I've done the same thing for the thousandth time, but it still doesn't work.
I've already tried to get information on the net but can't find the right answer to my problem.
could someone help me with my problem? Did you have the same problem?

I can only recommend Xbox Support. The customer service is really good and the people there helped me out of a lot of problems. Since the contact support is a bit tricky to look for on the main website, I looked for the link from the page for you. All you have to do is click https://support.xbox.com/...contact-us.
You can contact the Microsoft staff there, either by email, phone or customer chat. I would recommend the latter. (please note their opening times)
