Will my GPU create Cyberpunk 2077?

I have the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, the requirements that I found indicate that you should have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070… Now I wonder if I can play Cyberpunk with my GPU in pleasant graphics at all?

I do not need outstanding graphics, I can have that in the future if I upgrade my PC, but will the picture be blurred or is it still possible? So I would like to have better graphics than PS4 and Xbox… Do you think my GPU can do that? Otherwise I would buy it on PS4.

So it was at a trade fair or so on a 1080ti on 4k, probably 60fps on max settings. The performance was poor at the time, so it was postponed. I think ne 1060 should be enough for low / mixed 1080p settings.
