Missing TV picture but sound?

I often have the problem that the picture disappears on my television while watching Blurays. The sound is still retained. The Blurays are played with the help of an Xbox series X. I don't think it is due to an HDMI cable, because playing goes without a black screen. It's not because of the bluray either, because once the screen is black, I don't see any screen activity coming from the Xbox. Can someone help me?

Put in the HDMI cable the other way around.
