Rocket League trading tips?

I play on Steam Rocket League.

Before that, I played on the Xbox 1 and a half years ago since 2016. Also have a very large and valuable inventory on the Xbox and have a total of around 1400 hours at Rocket League.

Since you got a blueprint, I don't know how to start trading on a PC, because the blue prints are almost worth nothing and, strangely, nobody needs them.

Does anyone have any tips on how to start?
