All stats in Asphalt 8 gone?

I used to enjoy playing Asphalt 8 and had a lot of brands. However, the game then stopped working because it kept crashing (around March 2020) I (de) installed the game several times but it didn't work. Then I forgot the game, but today I remembered it again, I downloaded the game but all stats are gone. How could I fix this? Everything is actually stored in the Microsoft or Xbox account. So it shouldn't be because of the deinstallation, especially since I have reinstalled the game several times before.

PS: I play on the PC

Bad luck if you are so stupid and uninstall it. You could have left it on without playing.
