Ask about OBS and Twitch statistics?

I have a couple of questions about OBS Studio and the Docks Twitch stats.

According to Twitch stats, I've been on the stream for 16 minutes…
But according to my OBS, I've been on the stream for 47 minutes.

So then I ask myself, how can it be possible that I have such a large distance that the statistics are not updated correctly.

Can someone tell me how I can change that so that the statistics are updated every few minutes?

It's the same problem as with audience numbers. These are updated quite late. If it's not updated at all, it could also be a bug.

This not only happens with the statistics, but also on the right under the stream. This error is already known to many and there's no solution for it.

The Twitch statistics come from Twitch and not from OBS, and they seem to be very slow with the broadcast, I already had a difference of 2 hours, that's just the way it is.
