Xbox party problem?

I have a strange problem with my Xbox party, 2 or 3 weeks ago I was still able to play normally in a party and for about a week you can only hear me for 3 seconds and then I'm gone, although I'm not in the party and I can talk but you can't hear me, every now and then an error message comes up that I'm supposedly still in another party, which I'm not😂 I don't know what else to do I tried everything restart with router, restart xbox I also bought an extra LAN cable.

What I should probably add: my xbox only shows IPv4, my NAT type is open and all services are available.

Did you reset the Xbox in the settings? There you can choose to keep your games. That would be the first thing you should try.

Sounds stupid now, but have you ever completely disconnected the Xbox from the power? Has solved a problem with me too. Otherwise, it actually sounds like a software problem. Which Xbox do you have?

Yes, I already did😅 that was the first thing I did😅 I can try noma but I think nothing will change, have the Xbox one X.

The only thing that helps is to call in support. I can advise you not to use chat. You're in the queue for 3 hours & they can't help you either. When I had a problem, there was great help over the phone.
