Crew 2 on the PC?

Bought The Crew 2 Gold edition on my Xbox One S in 2019 and no longer use it.

Now i want to play it on pc. But how does that work. While I can simply download sea of thieves from the Microsoft Store, I can only buy the Crew 2.

I would appreciate your feedback.

Some games are available separately once for PC and once on console. Unfortunately that's the way it is
