I got GTA 4 on Steam yesterday. I installed it, started it and then he asked me about the Windows Live account and everything worked. In the game you can enter it with the Home key. Today I had to reinstall the game because of a mistake. I couldn't enter a Games for Windows account which was very strange. Now I wanted to use the multiplayer mode and there I was supposed to log in, which is no longer possible because I do not get the message. I also can't get into the GFWL overlay.
What can I do?
PS: Couldn't link it to Rockstar Games either, but I connected the game to the XBOX app. And yesterday I got into multiplayer mode
Try to completely uninstall the game and then download it again on Steam
