I recently bought an xbox one s and was with xbox live gold and xbox Game pass. So my question is whether if the gamepass has expired you can get the games on disc and continue playing or will the games be deleted automatically?
The games themselves remain installed after the subscription has expired, however, they are not playable because the license is no longer valid. So if you wanted to start a game, you would either have to insert the game disc or log in with the correct account where the game was bought.
You can of course buy a license by buying the game on disc or digital.
In your case, you can simply insert the game disc and continue playing. Your save status will not be reset because it is saved in the cloud.
