In my opinion absolutely, provided you play online a lot and more often.

Not only that the games in the Gamepass really offer an excellent selection, all Microsoft Exclusives are available immediately upon release, it includes Xbox live to play online and soon EA Play with even more games. Cloud gaming for Android is also part of Ultimate.
