My friend downloaded the minecraft code that he bought from mediamarkt in the xbox app on his pc instead of on the website and can no longer use it. Know what you can do about it or whether it is displayed somewhere in the xbox app.
He did it wrong. You have to download the launcher from the Internet and redeem the code there. The code can't be redeemed on Xbox.
What code at all. Java or Bedrock with java he first has to get the right launcher from the internet
