Returning Cyberpunk 2077?

My request to return cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox was rejected by Microsoft on December 11th, one day after the release. But since cyberpunk is a broken game and you couldn't see it anywhere before the release, I should actually be able to return it. Does anyone have any idea how I could still try that? BTW I bought it digitally from Xbox Store
