I currently have 2 Microsoft accounts on my Xbox. One main account and another for problem solving. If I now buy a new Xbox and then log in with the email of my main account to continue playing my games etc., will I have my second account?

You also have to log in to the new Xbox with your second account. Then you have both accounts again
