I have the problem that I can download an add-on (the ghost underwater skin from MW2) on my Xbox, but I can't select the content in the game itself. I uninstalled both the add-on and the game itself (the add-on even several times). I had pre-ordered MW2 remastered, but not in the warzone shop, but in the Xbox Store and the content was actually there, but as I said, I can't use it. Pre-ordered means you have to wait until they are officially released, then you should be able to use them
