Uplay download very slowly why?

I'm currently downloading 71GB updates for Rainbow Six Siege from the Uplay Store. I have my PC with a LAN cable directly connected to the router, but I only reach 1.4mb / s. On my Xbox One (Wlan) it is 10mb / s downloadspeed. I ask for help

You poor, 71 GB at a download speed of 1.4 milli (bit or byte?) Per second, so you can be very old. Since you are very frugal with the information about your system, the only help I could think of would be: Get an external SSD or a suitably sized USB stick and pull the updates on it, with a friend in your area who has a faster connection and then try to install the updates from the stick.
