How to disable day / weather cycle in Minecraft?

Play Creative Mode on Xbox360. Under game options, two ticks are activated for day cycle and weather cycle. However, if I press it, it can't be deactivated. Is there any way to disable it?

You can change something in the world options.

Before you start the world, go to the options and crochet off an option.

I'm not sure which one anymore, but it was one of the top. If you activate them, a few below will also be bright.
