XBox cloud storage & save game Forza Horizon 4?

I have the following question: In Forza Horizon 4, my score is gone (136 hours in 1 1/3 months). Unfortunately, if I reset and load my cloud storage, nothing happens. However, all my old successes are still displayed in the XBox app and in the Xbox console companion app, which means that my stand still has to exist somewhere. Can someone help me there?

If not, is it somehow possible to load an older cloud storage version (i.e. From the day before)?
